


HMBA V-Duro - June 2025
The HMBA V-duro is a series of virtual activities throughout the year, staged in an Enduro format open to HMBA members. Everyone is welcome to participate for a chance to win a gift card to an HMBA supporting business. Prizes will be awarded by random draw, not by result ranking. Time rankings will still be posted, only the downhill stages will be timed.
A short course and long course will be offered. Select which course you would like to ride when you are signing up.

The stages for the June 2025 V-duro short course will be as follows:
Distance: 12.1 km
Total Elevation: 365
Stage 1 - Green Dragon
Stage 2 - Blowdown Flowdown
The stages for the June 2025 V-duro long course will be as follows:
Distance: 18.6 km
Total Elevation: 620 m
Stage 1 - Green Dragon
Stage 2 - Shiver Me Timbers
Stage 3 - Blowdown Flowdown
Stage 4 - Purgatory/Back to Hell
The beginning and end of the segments will be marked with flagging to avoid false start/finishes. Green will indicate the start of a segment, pink the end of a segment.
To participate:
Purchase an HMBA membership if you are not already a member.
Purchase an entry to the V-Duro. You will be emailed a link with instructions to submit your ridelog.
Record your ride completing the route on Strava or Trailforks (Account must be linked to Strava).
Make sure your Strava Activity has recorded with no errors and that it is public before submitting it. The Strava Activity can be submitted on the HMBA website. Details on how to do this will be provided in the registration email.
Follow the directions in the email to submit your ride log.
The course can be ridden as many times as you like, but only one entry per rider can be submitted. The activity will be open from June 14, 2025 to June 29, 2025 by 4pm . The ridelog must be completed within these dates.
The stages will be based on Strava segments, so make sure to keep moving through the indicated segments. Stay on the trails, no shortcuts. Any climb route can be used, the provided route is a recommendation and can be ridden in any order.
Pre riding the course is recommended and riders ride at their own risk. Carry your own first aid kit. Ride with others and ride with a plan. Yield to other trail users, do not expect them to yield to you. Helmets are mandatory.
